You can make a reservation online through our website, via our mobile app, emails or by
calling our customer service center. Walk-in reservations at our rental locations are
also welcome, subject to vehicle availability.
To rent a car, you must be at least 25 years old (age requirements may vary by
location), have a valid driver's license, and provide a major credit card for the rental
deposit. For customers between 21-24 years, you must have an authorized driver(25 years
old) in order to rent with us. An underage charge of $14 is automatically applied.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit cards are also accepted. Cash is not accepted for the rental deposit.
Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount varies based on the type of vehicle and the duration of the rental. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
Additional fees may apply for services such as GPS rental, child seats, additional drivers, young driver surcharge, fuel options, and one-way rentals etc. All fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
We offer optional protection for all rentals which can be purchased at pick up or during the reservation process. The protection packages are Damage Waiver (CDW) with or without a deductible, Third Party Liability, Roadside Assistance or Full Coverage for extra protection.
We recommend reviewing your personal auto insurance policy and credit card benefits to determine your coverage needs, however, we do advise to purchase protection to give you peace of mind.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Alternatively, you can prepay for fuel at the time of rental or pay for refueling upon return, based on the rental agreement.
Many locations offer after-hours return options. Please check with the specific rental location for their policy and instructions for after-hours returns.
Yes, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rentals. In case of an emergency, please contact our roadside assistance hotline provided in your rental agreement or any of the numbers that are listed on the key.
Yes, additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for a nominal fee. The additional driver must have license requirements as the primary driver and can range from 21 onwards.
Pets are allowed in most rental vehicles, but the vehicle must be returned clean and free of pet hair to avoid additional cleaning fees. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to travel with a pet.
